Shipping & Returns

Every SnugCrate is built to order with the finishes and details you choose, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Your crate ships once production is complete, and we'll keep you updated along the way.

Crates ship via UPS or FedEx in custom-built protective crating. If you have unique delivery requirements, please contact us and we'll accommodate where we can.

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. United Kingdom and European Union shipping launches in 2026. If you're outside North America and would like to be notified when we expand, get in touch.

Standard configurations may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less return shipping. Custom configurations (custom cutouts, custom hardware, or engraving) are made to order and are final sale.

Not sure before you buy? We're happy to send acrylic samples and hardware swatches so you can decide with confidence.

Please photograph the packaging and contents at the time of delivery, then email us within 48 hours. We replace damaged components without question, and in the rare event of structural damage we replace the entire crate.
