Warranty

Every SnugCrate is warranted against manufacturing defects for ten years. Hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damage from chewing, drops, or normal wear is not covered. That said, we offer replacement panels and hardware at cost, so a single damaged panel never means replacing the whole piece.
